We were very anxious about choosing Santa Fe in summer because of everyone saying it was horrendous to try sleep in the heat with no air-con, so we wanted to see if we had an option to change hotel. Got given options straight away with no hassles. We decided change to Grand Magic! Our new booking still included our Disney Tickets but we now have Air-Con and a pool, also this included breakfast AND we got some money back, total bonus! The partial refund was literally in the next day! No hassles, great communication and the whole process was just fab. Best customer service.

Disappointing service.
I’ve booked with AttractionTickets twice in the past and always had good service, which is why I returned again this year. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
We mistakenly selected our arrival date for Discovery Cove, assuming (as with Disney/SeaWorld Flex Plus tickets) that we would choose the actual visit date later. Although the helpline clarified the process once we called, there was no flexibility or willingness to offer even a small gesture of goodwill to help resolve the situation.
What made this more frustrating is that we originally booked our tickets during the Black Friday sale, yet the Disney Flex Plus tickets later appeared cheaper on AttractionTickets’ own site with a new promo code.
On top of that, both the Disney tickets and the Discovery Cove package were cheaper elsewhere — OrlandoAttractionTickets.co.uk had the Disney Flex Plus tickets for £1,203 and Discovery Cove for £654 for the same date, without needing any fancy promo codes.
With AttractionTickets unwilling to waive even a small difference, we cancelled both bookings and rebooked with the cheaper provider. Refunds were processed quickly, which I appreciate, but the lack of flexibility and loyalty recognition has really changed my view of the company.
I’ll be using other providers going forward.
