Fast and efficient. Only downside is the very limited parking.

From booking the appointment to getting the results was extremly quick and very well managed throughout the process.

Great service provided, very helpful when I asked various questions. And results back a lot quicker than anticipated!! I will definitely use them again ( unless by some miracle this whole covid thing disappears!!)

The lady who I dealt with who took my swabs as per requirement was professional , friendly and explained exactly what she was going to do . She was very gentle and made me feel at ease .service was very good and results arrived on time .

We arrived just prior to our booked time. We were seen promptly and everything was clearly explained. The PCR test was completed effectively. We had booked the 48hrs results and the email results were received well within the time. I would recommend Atropa Blood Clinic, and will use them again if needed.

Very efficient and quick results

I have visited Atropa for my PCR testing 'Fit to Fly' for many months. The service has been excellent every time, appointment times are kept, the Covid protocol they have in place is well managed and the testing service has always come back in the time scale that I have selected. Would recommend and will continue to use myself

Excellent service, would highly reccomend for covid tests

I booked my RT-PCR test online for the 1st of September at 15:00 as I am flying to India on the 4th of September at 12:00 noon. I called them and the receptionist confirmed that the said time was good to get my result by 2nd September at 15:05 pm. I attend the clinic at 15:00 pm and at the same time a courier collection person also entered their office. I was eager to send my sample with the same courier and I was pleading to the staff that I need my result by Friday 15:00pm and to send my sample along with the courier. The courier lady agreed to wait for my sample even though she has to travel to Manchester. But the staff didn’t consider me. They said I was late 4 minutes and said they could only give my result by Saturday afternoon. They also told me that to get my result in time, I will have to book a 24 hours test that will cost £225.00 instead of my agreed £120. I was pleading and agreed to pay £225.0 then she offered a 10% discount so I had to pay £87.50 extra in total. I feel very frustrated by the attitude of the staff and I am requesting the company to return me £87.50. They provided my report the next morning at 10:00 am, even though I was expecting the result at 15:00 pm on the 2nd. As I had a bad experience, I can’t recommend this company to my family and friends. I am waiting for a cheque of £87.50 back which you charged unlawfully.

As my Profession requires a RT-PCR, I can highly recommend Atropa. Easy to navigate online booking service with very punctual appointments. Test results always received within allocated time frame. Very polite and friendly staff. Capt Tim Smith. (Marine Pilot)

The lady whom took the test was rude and not very helpful and made us feel like we where a burden to her day
