Amazing floor, I am in love! Every time I look at it I think I’m in a fairy tale.

I ordered flooring from them. The one I received was not the right colour, the patterns where off and all over very poor product. I payed a lot as I had to pay customs as well.
Now they don’t answer any mails or anything. Stay away from this company :(

Update when I threatened to have my credit card company reverse the charges they finally responded with an email to say it’s in the process but they still can’t give me a delivery date. It’s been 6 weeks now. I’ll give them until mid next week if I don’t hear and anything I’ll have the charges reversed and go buy different flooring.

So they took my money. I waited patiently the 6-8 weeks. I’ve called, emailed and emailed on their website. No response. Their voicemail claims they have discontinued services but would fulfill online orders. My whole renovation is at a standstill waiting for this flooring. Be very careful

UPDATE. After many more emails with zero response I sent them a final email saying that if I didn’t hear back they left me no option but to file a dispute with my credit card company. Which I finally did. Today I’ve heard back with some apologies and accepting the dispute as the order was not made and cancelled the order.

I love love love the design of the floors. I bought "Sicily" which is a lovely pattern of lemons and flowers and leaves and green swirls. Design is five stars, no contest. I couldn't find ANYWHERE with vinyl like this, or even ceramic. However, I cannot recommend it. The rolls come five feet wide, and the seams are a nightmare. The installer I used has been installing vinyl floors for forty years and recommended I return the floor and get something else, especially because the cold weld they say to use isn't available in the US. That would've been nice to know when ordering. (He's an installer only so he wasn't looking to make a buck.) However, Atra wouldn't take the floor back, even though I'm unable to install it to their specifications. The floor is now installed and while yes, it's lovely, the seam is obvious and raised. Maybe it's better with cold weld? But I can't afford to throw away two grand and just buy another floor, so now I have a floor that looks worse than the DIY vinyl my dad installed in our bathroom in the eighties. At least that didn't show every mark. This is not durable, it's not practical, and my dream kitchen I've looked forward to for decades is now a source of frustration and disappointment. So maybe if you have a low traffic area that's smaller than the width of a roll, go for it. But otherwise, steer clear. I really wanted to love this floor and now I feel like I've been duped.

Just installed flooring in my kitchen. So disappointed. Love the design but the quality of the flooring is poor. Not what I was expecting for the price. Due to the size of the room there are a lot of joints and the pattern did not match - looks like a dog's dinner. Despite using a very experienced fitter there are still problems with bubbling as mentioned elsewhere. So wished I have read the reviews as will have to rip up and replace. Such a waste of money and a waste of the earth's resources.

Atrafloor offers an extraordinary variety of linoleum prints. We settled on Marakesh for a historical renovation of a 111-year-old home. Customer service was excellent, shipment fast, and follow-through exceptional. The true ethical ethos of a company comes through when problems arise. In our case the shipper twice lost the order; once leaving it outside our mailbox on a public road over a mile from the home (without the required delivery signature) where it was stolen, and then delivering it to a third party at a different address (who signed for it and opened the package). It was finally delivered in a "repackaged" damaged DHL box. None of this was Atrafloor's fault and yet Atrafloor expedited the second shipment and gave us a 10% discount for our "troubles". Atrafloor, a class act.

With respect to the product itself; design printing is meticulous and consistent. The only thing one should be aware of, is that the designs are printed on the surface of the linoleum; not deeply embedded in the linoleum itself the way it was in the early 20th century. This means that a scratch of the linoleum that pierces the surface will show 'white' rather than the pattern color. This characteristic is integral to the printed nature of these custom designs. We happily live with this constraint.

AtraFloor is a beautiful. The product we purchased Jazz ll looks exactly as pictured. Arrived earlier than expected.

Have been trying to contact Atrafloor for over two weeks - no response either to emails or to 'phone calls. I had a couple of patterns in mind, but having read the reviews here, and given their lack of response, I won't be trying again.

If I could give nil stars I would. My floor layer with over 40 years experience told me this is the worst product he's ever seen. They rolled it the wrong way so it keeps kicking up, the pattern is IMPOSSIBLE to match, the floor is bubbling now like an aero advert and to top it off... it scratches so so easily! We dropped a glass and it tore it open...

Do yourself a favour... avoid like the plague... I'm 1.75K down on this floor and will be ripping it out and replacing later this year

Atrafloor has pattern options I couldn’t find anywhere, really different, to give a ‘wow’ floor. I get what other reviews say about needing flat floor to lay it on and limited width. Luckily this wasn’t an issue for me. Customer service through ordering process was excellent but falls down at the end as there is no notification of when the product is dispatched and expected delivery date.

Don’t waste your money! Absolutely awful quality! Display high prices to dupe you in to thinking it’s a quality product, it’s not! I’ve seen better in B&M!!! They can’t even get black & white right and as for their customer service...0% I’ll be sticking with ‘Altro’ flooring from now on, proper quality!!

Good product - arrived in good time despite pandemic etc - and no complaints from installer. Only downside is roll width is 2m, while other manufacturers do 4m - I presume this is because of print to order, so it means (a) wide range/efficient supply but (b) many uses will need a cold welded seam, though installer made a very neat job.

This seems like a good solid floor if you're installing it on a perfectly smooth and flat floor that's as wide as the roll. Otherwise it is the worst flooring I have ever worked with. It's super stiff and extremely difficult to seam clean. If I ever see this floor again I'm running away! If you are an installer reading this before doing a job... Charge extra!

We ordered a nice vinyl floor and once received we noticed that the pattern was not fitting the rest of the room style.
We contacted the customer service and started the refound process.
This went fast and we really appreciate how the customer service supported us during this process!

We are delighted with the flooring from Atrafloor - it looks great and is really hard-wearing (the flooring was installed a year ago and looks just as it did on the day of installation). The customer service that we received was excellent as well and we always received prompt and helpful responses to our enquiries. We were so pleased with the bathroom floor that we will be ordering some more for the kitchen!

Terrible customer service. I had to give them the layout dimensions and even an image with all the measurements 6 times and they still messed up the pattern. I got one huge piece and one little one so the seam is in an awkward spot. It did not come with the diagram for how they meant the flooring to be installed. Tried to get a hold of customer service and they said I needed two pieces, which I already knew, but it would have looked way better with two even strips instead of 90/10. They are truly incompetent and the customer service people have no experience in any type of flooring so it's an impossible task to get any help from them. I would avoid their product at all costs and use literally anything else.

Terrible customer service, no response, I've tried everything. Would not recommend at all.

Requested a sample last year when we were doing my FILs house. We didn’t order at that time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I requested more samples. No response at all. Not an email to say they didn’t have a sample, nothing. I followed up with an email asking for clarification as to whether we should continue to wait for samples. Still no reply. Terrible customer service considering the price point. Certainly wouldn’t buy from them if I can’t even get a sample easily.
