Online service with human touch
Sorry for writing in English. My Dutch is too poor. I have experienced many online flight booking sites in Sweden while living their for 18 years and recently some in Netherlands - I live here only since 2010. The main problem with nearly all sites that you cannot get in touch with them in case something went wrong e.g. minor errors (like wrong gender) in booking or unmatched connection flight when the time of the flight is changed by the air company. It is SO easy with ATP! You could call ATP office and get your problems solved by communicating with the PERSON ready to help you. With most of the booking services I was directed only to a few computer options which did not match my requests. So ATP is online service with human touch. From now on it is my booking service of choice.
