I have had super darts for about ten years. They are simply fabulous. The quality of these over other in ear music systems is far superior. After ten years my cord has now broken which is amazing the time it has lasted. Just shows you the quality. Looking forward to getting the new wireless super darts when they come out and seeing if they are better than airpods

I have owned my AF headphones for many years having started with the original Drums and then the Darts. The design quality is exceptional, I love the red cord and the sound is really very special. Headphones are not easy to turn into designer items but AF has achieved that.

Over the years I have purchased more than one pair of Atomic Floyd ear buds. They are excellent! The sound quality is superb, sharp and clear! I needed a new set of buds and when I contacted Atomic Floyd, they were only too happy to help. Excellent service all round.

My experience with Atomic Floyd is as follows:

1. Superdarts are the best sounding earphones I've ever experienced. As an amateur producer/DJ, I have tried hundreds of over-ear and in-ear products (I own B&O, Beats, Bose etc.) SuperDarts are so good, it's almost impossible to describe how much better they are, and how much more of your music you can hear than anything else I've tried.

2. Smaller technology companies can be worrisome in terms of customer service etc. but I can tell you that my experience dealing with the company has been first class. They are British, so you're not dealing with a mysterious, faceless brand with poor communication skills. I found genuine experts in personal audio technology who you can have a conversation with.

They may not be massive, so take that under consideration, but for audiophiles that like wired earphones, Atomic Floyd are the real deal, and their Superdarts are brilliant.

By far the best quality earphones I ever owned. Love my Superdarts Titanium which replaced my Beats Fit Pro, which is also a nice product, but not comparable when it comes to sound and completion quality.

I did have some questions before ordering, which was quickly replied to. Easy and fast delivery as well.

These are by far the ultimate Go 2 for performance and elegance. Indeed, the best made headphones I’ve ever had the chance to experience. We want the best and we got the best.

Superdarts still sharp! I have had my superdarts for about ten years, the sound still amazing. The stainless steel base of the bud makes for such a rich sound experience, that still comes through today. Love the kevlar cord too, a great tangle-free(mostly!) solution.... heard a wireless option will release soon, looking forward to trying.

I love Atomic Floyd's products. I recently got a pair of SuperDarts as a birthday present from a friend. I had never heard of this brand before, but surprisingly, they sound fantastic. I love collecting different headphones brands, and I love Atomic's metal finishing; it is very unique. Although they are made from metal, they are super light.

Just love this product.. starts first and foremost with the sound, but people in the office or friends always ask me what brand they are, the feel different heavier/classier to the beige choice of apple or over the top big over ears.

I have owned several sets of superdarts over the years and they are still my favourite earphones. Clarity and low ends like no others. I can't wait for the wireless model coming soon!

It took 8 months, multiple hours searching to find any way which I could communicate with anyone - eventually tracking down the founder and CEO on LinkedIn - and eventually a threat of legal action before they posted the headphones I paid for in August (delivery at end of April the following year). Literally, after 8 months but within a couple of days of telling them my next step was to get legal advice, my purchase was shipped. What else do you need to know? I was a repeat customer and loved the product but would discourage anyone from buying from Atomic Floyd following this experience. There are too many other good options with a better client service model to suggest anyone consider buying Atomic Floyd products.

I ordered the Superdarts 3 weeks ago from the official website. Despite a 7-day wait for delivery stated on the website, my order only shows as "placed" on the tracking app.

I've written 2 emails to request an update on my order and received precisely zero responses. I'm beginning to worry the company is a scam as many others have suggested in their reviews. I wish they would just respond to explain the delay.

Ordered headphones, money was sent, never received item or any response when I emailed trying to resolve the issue, or a refund. The thieves just stole my money. AVOID!

Amazing in ear headphones. I love the titanium material and how nicely they fit in ear. The Bass is nice and punch and the sound quality is miles ahead of my AirPods Pro. I Highly recommend these earphones and they are a true gem!

Never received the items
I ordered a HiDefdrum since 22 of December for my daughter’s birthday on 23 of Feb and it’s now 29 July 2021 and my headphones still haven’t arrived. Emailed James and Suzanne multiple times and they been ”looking into my order” almost a year and never got back to me. Asked for a refund and got no response or an email back from them!
I really loved this company back then but now this is extremely disappointing.

I have recently received my new SuperDarts Titanium earphones.
I ordered them online and initially found that the company was very helpful when I used their online chat to ask for assistance when trying to choose the best earphones that were suited to me; I was not disappointed with the advice given which resulted in me choosing the Titaniums. They arrived a few days later and were well presented. I love them!
These earphones are a very comfortable fit, lightweight and a great sound quality.
I would definitely buy from this company again both from a product and a service perspective.
Would love to see wireless options in the future!

Most important things first: Sound quality is amazing!

Now about customer service, I have had mixed experience in the past. But the 5 star is for my recent one: I ordered a pair on the 18th of December, unrealistically hoping it may arrive on time for Christmas. By the 12th of January I still hadn't received anything yet. Luckily, in my order confirmation there was a tracking number with Royal Mail. Saw that they had received the item on the 18th of December (that was fast) but that it hadn't shipped out of the UK. Left an email to Atomic Floyd support and asked them to check from their side. Received a quick reply (Suzanne) asking me to wait another week before they would pressure Royal Mail (so that it would be exactly a month). Precicely a week later I checked the tracking website again and saw that it had finally shipped (to Hong Kong). And now only 2 days later, it was delivered. I have immediately listened to my favourite music pieces which I use to check sound quality. And the detail of sound, yet sounding warm with beautiful depth is really special. Worth the wait!!

Have been trying to return earphones for 6 weeks and get a refund but the company never responds to emails. Avoid buying altogether as after service is shocking.

These are my 2nd set of Atomic Floyd headphones. The first set were great, but after an accident we parted ways. I use the SuperDarts regularly and at all times they remain securely and comfortably in place.

The sound quality is just amazing! I've been listening to music and been surprised again and again by the revelation of new
details and sounds. It has been like re discovering my music.

As usual the Super Darts arrived wonderfully packaged. These headphones are worth it in every way.

These have to be the best headphones I have ever used. I have no regrets!!!

The sounds is superb. I would thoroughly recommend them!

One down side (if it can be called that) they have kevlar to make the cable not tangle up, but the top of the cable (leadings to
the buds) is still rubber, seems a bit silly but who cares really. Get them and enjoy.
