Worse Instruction booklet I have ever tried to read :(

*UPDATE* Once my friend showed me how simple it is for cartridges, it works great. **I gave it 3-Stars because I have "Heard" great things about this product. However, after owning it for over a week I have still NOT used it. Why? The absolute WORSE instructions I have ever tried to read :( I would love to know who the mental genius is who decided it was a good idea to print tiny light blue instructions on a little dark gray instruction booklet. I needed to put 3.0 Readers over my prescription glasses with a flashlight lighting up the instructions and it still didn't make any sense :( Hopefully, once the friend who recommended this to me shows me how it works, I will be a lot happier. He told me he owns 3 of them.

I agreed to accept an Astra II, along with a replacement for my reliable but broken Aegis ll (under warranty), for which I was grateful. Alas the Astra is poorly designed and nearly useless, but at least I have another Aegis ll...

horrible experience all around

I bought the Vicod 5G and in less than a week the battery expanded and popped the bottom off making it useless to use. Over a week ago we submitted a claim online and haven’t heard back. The customer service number sends you straight to a voicemails with no call back. I’m wondering if this company is a scam… It cannot be this hard to get ahold of a company, could it?!

Have bought several Jump vaporizer

Have bought several Jump vaporizer
After only a month of use, the top part (the part which attaches, mouthpiece breaks apart
I go to your site to order a new mouthpiece, and they are completely


I HAVE BOUGHT THREE OF YOUR JUMP VAPORIZERS. ALL THREE, WITHIN A FEW MONTHS WERE unusable for use due to the mouthpieces falling apart. making the pipes UNUSABLE. When I attempt to order new mouthpieces, they SAY check back for availability.
The unavailability of the mouthpiece make the pipes unavailable for me to use. I repeat: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will never buy another of your pipes, due to this reason. As now I am unable to use any of them. And will have to search elsewhere for a new brand of pipe. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! VERY DISAPPOINTING. ! Obviously the pipes are USELESS without the mouthpieces.

A Side By Side Disappointment

As a long term medicinal user, I've purchased five different brands, all promised the very best experience. I have a daily user I've used for three years. When I purchase a new device I add it into the rotation and give it fair play against my daily user.
I'm sorry but there's no comparison between this AtmosRx Ruva and my daily user.
Slippery as heck mouthpiece. First thing out of the box and this puppy squirted out of my fingers and skittered across the floor. Slow start. Once I retrieved the mouthpiece and hefted it against my daily. I'd say the Ruva isn't too heavy with a decent sized battery. I'd make sure to set the desired temperature before taking it into the great outdoors, because once you step outside you won't see that little screen again until you get back indoors. The Ruva has a very nice feel to the rubberized exterior which my daily doesn't have so I really like that.
After reading the"manual" I fired it up set my temperature and away we go. The Ruva heats up nicely and has a great buzzer to tell you when the setpoint has been reached.
And the disappointment sets in. I got what seemed very little vapor. But we continued and I must d say the flavor delivered was outstanding and the quantity of vapor increased as we headed into the the minute session. By the end of the session I was disappointed. I immediately triggered a second session. By now the material seems to have finally reached temperature and the amount of vapor is what I would have hoped for from the first session.
End of session cleanup is easy peasey, much easier than my daily. You could probably go a week before you needed to clean the thing with anything other than a brush. Which is a great improvement over mine. One last thing, it won't stand on end, which to me is a bummer.
My final impression? A disappointment even at the 75% discount. I'll add this to my collection and drag it out once in a while for a change of pace. Sorry Atmosrx, nice try, but no cigar.

The vaporizer heats up and charges fast but my biggest negative is that the vaporizer doesn’t ever vibrate or do anything to alert when ready or otherwise.
