Awful

Awful. They lie to people by selling tickets from Cais do Pico even though they have no intention of using that port, but the one in Madalena. And to announce that "change" (that for them is not a change but a fact because they have no intention of using that port not in the evening, nor on the second day, nor ever), they make a single phone call, and their excuse for you not finding out is that "you didn't answer". They don't send a text, an email, anything!!!
