Responded to email blast saying I would get 25% discount on any
printer inks I ordered. So I ordered some. But nowhere in the order
form did I detect any way to get the discount, so I paid the full amount.
I immediately sent an email to Atlantic and got a reply saying that my
credit card would be credited for the discount and mailing charge, but
I'm still waiting to see that credit on my account. I'm not sure why it
should take so long to process a credit, when a debit (to my account)
can be, and is, debited immediately!

Thanks for offering a product to allow me to use my printer much more inexpensively.

I hesitated to use remanufactured cartridges on my new HP 7520 Photosmart, but the savings of 50 percent over the HP price was too much to pass by. I installed a black ink XL and it appears to be working fine. I
just have to ignore the HP messages that this is not an official cartridge.
Only time will tell if I made the right choice.

The ink refills were fine, but the reset on yellow made the printer think there were 2 cyans.

Website was easy to navigate, shipping was quick, will continue to do business with Atlantic Inkjet.

I need to return something ordered in duplicate, no on answers the phone, there is not a return label in the package. it is now a week later and I still have not received a call back. When I try to email them, my server says that the email address is not trusted. I am sending product back un opened. very very poor support

Usual good, prompt service. Products good quality. The promo for a gift of Halloween candy w/order didn't happen.

I appreciate Atlantic Inkjet having "free shipping" codes often. I keep one color of each ink cartridge on hand, so that it won't detain me when the printer runs out of a certain color. I usually purchase the OEM cartridges. The printer accepts their OEM cartridges just as though they were brand new from the manufacturer. Once I place my order, the shipment is delivered in an acceptable time frame. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that cares about their clients.

I have been a customer of Atlantinkjet for several years. In that time I have gone through several printers of varying manufacture. The inks that I have purchased from Atlantic have always worked and been of top quality. There has never been a problem with an order, and they are always delivered in a timely manner. It should be obvious why they are my go to ink supplier.

Always on time and correct cartridges. They last just as long as the OEM brands.

Ink cartridge chip re-setter, users instruction should include "Do the "Reset" first before "Refill".

Costs the half or third of the brand product and works he same.

Atlantic Ink is my go to for all my ink needs. They are fast in processing my order and delivery is very fast. I Would not shop anywhere else.

The black inkjet cartridges have always worked great. The color cartridges (for my HP printer) have not worked well in the past: a lot of blue or green tint to color print outs. Just ordered another one to give it one last try.

I purchased a bunch of cartridges from AJ back in 2012. A few weeks ago I needed to replace a cartridge and the printer would not except the cartridge(Epson) I contacted AJ and I was told it was because Epson installed new firmware in an update and the chips would no longer be recognized by the printer. Shame on Epson, I had to throw away 5 new cartridges and order new ones. Rob at cust service offered me 15% off on new ones since I could not return the old ones. Epson only wanted to tell me that I should only use their overpriced replacements. Thanks Rob!

The contacts on the cartridges looked very worn and were missing the very top set of contacts. I finally got the color one to work by adding layers of paper behind the cartridge to push it tight against the printer contacts. The black cartridge seems to be a lost cause. The printer keeps giving me a message the cartridge is empty. And yes, I did order the correct cartridges for my printer.
