Reliable Inks
I have been purchasing ink for my printer from Atlanticinkjet for about five years now, and the service has always been very prompt and the quality of the ink excellent. At one point I purchased a different printer and a company representative arranged for me to return all of the extra ink cartridges I had for my old printer and exchange it for ink for my new printer. I was very glad about that because I had quite a bit of ink in reserve. I appreciate the value and frequency of the special sales days they offer. I wouldn't buy my ink anywhere else.

Ordered an HP 15 & Re-manufactured HP 78 Cartridge. The HP 15 works fine, but the HP 78 does not work at all!!

The price was much cheaper than most supply stores. The problem is the cartridge weighs nothing. Not sure how long or pages I can print.

We're not sure why it is that you feel that the cartridge weighs less than you expect, because the majority of the weight of the cartridge is actually the plastic casing (cartridge itself). Your cartridge, being a toner cartridge, has a weight of approx 2-3 pounds in plastic casing, and the actual toner powder on the inside is 110 grams (less than 0.25 pounds). So by weight, the cartridge itself accounts for over 90% of the weight. We hope that you will use the cartridge, and update your review to reflect your satisfaction, and we thank you for your business.
Always good service
I have used Atlantic Ink Jet for many years now with exceptionally good results. Shipping is easy and free if your order is large enough (but not too large) and it arrives quickly. Price is unbelievable and the quality is excellent. In all these years I have only had two or three cartridges that did not work properly. When I mentioned them to the company they replaced them. But at the price you pay, that few is not a big deal.

Ink order.
The order I placed with the supplier is a fantastic buy, it got to my house on time and complete. This is a much better way to get your ink needs filled, my complete order was half the cost of the one ink I had to buy. I was worried at first giving a card number up front, have NEVER done that before, but, everything worked out fine, thanks Atlantic Inkjet, I don't use a lot of ink but any that I do need will come from you, hope you stay in business!

Excellent website, excellent product, excellent prices.
The website for Atlantic Inkjet is so user-friendly. When I was looking for inkjet cartridges, all I had to do was click on the printer's company name, then click on the number of my printer, and the products for that printer appear. I must say, I have been very impressed by the quality of the remanufactured ink cartridges. A few years ago, the quality of the remanufactured cartridges was iffy, but for the past year or so, the quality has been excellent. I also like the no-fuss approach: submit your order, receive a confirmation of purchase, receive a confirmation that your order has shipped (usually on the same day) and receive the well-packaged order a few days later. (I especially love the sales!)

One faulty color cartridge
Have been using Atlantic Inkjet for ages. Have had great service. I just received both color and black cartridges. I emailed about the previous order where a color cartridge was faulty. The old empty one worked till it ran out. I put in a different color and it works, but one from the previous order gave a message that there was a problem with the cartridge. I have not received a reply of what you want me to do about it. Would have checked 5 stars if the problem had been resolved.

What happened to your packaging?
Received my order in good time, but it came in a padded envelope---no individual boxes and no carton. Is this some kind of economic move? Wouldn't want to get crushed cartidges.
