Terrible customer and delivery service and delays with pick up and drop off.

A staff member from dispatch named Zoe/Zoey told me I could “cancel my move” and hung up on me after telling me that my pick-up date was getting moved a day later. They gave me only a 24-hr notice which caused me fees to reschedule my flight and hotel fees. I escalated my complaint to the manager Amelia who was equally unhelpful. She said that they gave me $50 off and that my complaint has been “addressed”. I complained about her staff’s attitude among other things, and she did not offer any apology until I reminded her that this situation demands an apology.

They also delayed my drop-off date by a day due to the truck needing inspection.

The condition in which they delivered my items to me was dirty and I am MISSING items

Where do I begin with this horrible nightmare of an experience. To begin, they don't weigh your items in front of you - it's supposedly weighed at their warehouse but realistically they use an excel sheet to determine the weight of each item. We were given a delivery date range, because we missed their phone calls from travelling and didnt get back to them that same day, they added $850 for a missed delivery - and when the delivery was rescheduled -- They didnt show up!!!! The first time they didnt show up, the second time a couple of my items were on a wrong truck and wasnt delivered and the third time they delivered my items after multiple days. Do I get to charge them for not delivering on the day they said they would? Read the google reviews yourself and you'll see how horrible the are. Need I say more? There's 1 customer rep - named "Liz" and she's the only one who responds or talks to you , you can never speak to a manager or another representative, they literally answer the phone giving a new rep name when you can clearly tell it's the same person. They literally held my items hostage until i agreed to sign a waiver saying i wont dispute the charge (ridiculous when they didnt even keep their end of the bargain and deliver when they said they would). Honestly they have 0 respect or care in the world for your items, your business or customer service. Save yourself the stress and go with another company.
