Been using Athleat for our meat for a few years now and we're very happy with the quality of the meat, ease of ordering and the delivery process. If we've had any issues customer service has always rectified the issue promptly. I think using the same company for a number of years shows we're happy!

I had a really good experience with Athleat. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and then emailed them two days before the expected delivery to ask if they could change it. I assumed that I was probably too late to change my order and did not really expect them to change it.
On the day of the delivery, a lovely lady rang me up and was very apologetic, saying they had not seen my email in time and were sorry that I would receive the item I did not want. She said that they would give me a refund for the product that I wanted to change. I was really happy that they took the effort to contact me by phone (I don't know many companies who would do that) and that the lady was so friendly and helpful and solved my problem so effortlessly.

The meat I ordered was really good too and had a long shelf life.

I will definitely buy from the company again. Thank you, Athleat! :)

My family has been using athleat for easily 3 years if not more, they've always been prompt in fixing any issues that may have come up with delivery or missing items, great quality meat of course, and from reliable sources. Never had any issue with them that wasn't resolved in a day.

The bottom line is if you want great quality, with animal care in mind, without any hassle, Athleat is a fantastic choice.

My pack was delivered when expected and was full of great quality meat!

Great selection of products, of which high quality. Been using them for a number of years and will continue to do so.

I love the grass-fed beef and have been ordering it from Athleat for several years now.

I've also seen the company use more recyclable materials in its deliveries, which is another positive thing, though they could make further improvements re the ice packs they use.

First time and last, half of my order was missing with no explanation in the box or via email .. I should have read their reviews .. very slow in responding now trying to get a refund

Really good customer service, you order food, you wait for a week, a day before delivery you receive a refund with no explanation, call to customer service, they say they tried to call you to keep face, could you please at least don’t waste people’s time

Made an order for an occasion, and been waiting for multiple days, only to be told that there was no stock on the day it should have been delivered, and received a refund without being notified prior.

The courier service was awesome, but the meat inside its very poor quality. The turkey steak and all others seemed fine but the chicken breast smells awfully!! I've paid for them over £40 should be top quality meat! The meat was definitely out of date, I had to throw them into a bin

After this review the customer service contact me and apologise for any inconvenience and send me back the money for that meat and going to consult with their butcher

I've been a long-time customer and agree with other reviewers that the service and quality has slipped. I've had repeated problems with missing items in the orders. Customer service are always apologetic but one order had no steaks that I'd ordered! And it gets old when it happens repeatedly.

The minced beef is terrible - grisly and unpleasant, as per other reviewers. We just had an awful batch of flat iron steaks - they were so grisly even a steak knife couldn't cut through them, and most of them went in the bin. I've had bacon before that was full of additives and not the same bacon as advertised on the site. I got a refund when I complained.

All in all we're quite disappointed in what was once a good company to order from. The meat just doesn't seem high quality, and the deliveries seem to be fraught with difficulties, with missing items and then items that differ from what is advertised online. Such a shame.

Have bought many times and it's reliably beautiful meat every time. Love the venison, and the turkey needs a special mention as it's basically impossible to get good quality turkey anywhere except at Christmas. How mad is that? So thank you for being my year round delicious turkey supplier.

I received my order on Thurs 18th Feb, I was a little nervous after looking at previous reviews but I needed not have worried, order arrived very well packaged and all correct! Meat is fabulous and this won't be my 1st and last order.

The meat is good quality and tasty but there is very often problems with the things being missed off the delivery. The admin staff are always helpful and apologetic but these issues don't seem to then get addressed such that it keeps happening

Ordered with Athleat 5 items and paid for 5, but when received the box surprisingly received only 4?! When rang to ask, Athleat stated they have shortage and could not send the fifth product. Not a single phone call or email to state this, until after we received the box! Obviously refunded us for the missing item and passed everything with a pale apology.
Not a professional behavior...

Very poor service and customer support. We ordered various cuts of venison and some pheasant breasts. The order arrived minus the pheasant. We telephoned customer services to let them know about the missing items and were told that they'd investigate and call back. Needless to say, they didn't call back. We phoned again only to be told that they couldn't send the pheasant as they didn't have any boxes small enough. They refunded us for the missing meat quite promptly but that isn't really the point. I'm very disappointed and will not be using Athleat again.

Good meat at a sensible price and well packaged. I did have an issue with DHL delivery but customer services were quick to respond and resolve. All good, I’m a happy customer and I’ll definitely be back!

Terrible service and quality.
Burgers are claimed as 98% beef on website, but packaging they arrive in claim only 85%. No explanation when I questioned this.
Sent chicken sausages instead of pork, and was sent seasoned burgers when I ordered unseasoned.
Had to chase credit for OOS whole chicken.
Next box was missing 2 packs of diced beef, the 1.7-1.8kg chicken weighed 1.3kg, and once again sent seasoned burgers.
3rd box sent lamb burgers instead of beef, chicken was only 1.3kg again, and a 3rd of the diced beef was fat. And I'm talking huge cubes of fat, not just trimming on the edges.
Like previous reviewer I had to throw the mince as it was just awful.
No response from athleat when I messaged about the last box.
You may be lucky, but my experience has been awful. Very disappointing, especially considering the price.
