When a 15-20 minute survey is offered

When a 15-20 minute survey is offered, and you go through 98% of the survey questions , and then you are “disqualified “, and NO compensation is offered for your time, that’s wrong. The data is still collected and tiyr time is wasted. The client that Atheneum uses when this occurs leaves a bad brand impression on your company. I’d highly recommend that you hold your clients accountable for these “rare” occurrences when they happen, or your brand will be significantly impacted over time , if these scenarios become more than “rare”.
