Great service...
I cannot recommend Athena Property Management enough - Gina has personally guided me through my first investment property purchase from identifying the property, supporting with the mortgage application and liaising with solicitors. Further, she oversaw the renovation of the property (including a new kitchen and bathroom) and moved a tenant in within 8 days of the end of the works. The whole process has been minimal fuss for me, with an income at the end. Gina adds a personal touch and is always happy to answer any questions I have.

Would highly recommend
Gina has had the management of our portfolio for 5 years and has managed it very diligently, with maximum occupancy and minimal arrears. She also helped us find new finance which meant we could purchase 2 more properties. Would highly recommend.

A Change For Good
I use Athena to look after 2 properties and the whole process change was easy for me. The communication is excellent and even one of my tenants has let me know it is easier for them to deal with Athena rather than my old management company.
