Patience paid off
This was my first time ever submitting a claim. i went on-line and started chatting with the agent and he coul;dnt find my account. i have several so it took about half an hour, but the agent kept trying, and eventually the issue was resolved by my getting a full refund via e-gift card. Overall, very satisfied and I will continue purchasing ASURION insurance.

I am highly upset with the service that…
I am highly upset with the service that I have received. I had insurance on all of my devices. My phone was stolen and I have submitted a claim. My claim was supposed to be processed within 24 hours as I was told it has now been 72 hours and nothing has been resolved as well as I have called the assurance location here near me and was told that they are unable to do anything and they do not do claims in store. I am almost at the point where I want to cancel my insurance because it is not assisting me in anyway.

Caution slick business practices
Caution - Misrepresentation for financial gain.
Company didn't cancel when requesed 19 months ago. When notified Asurionhome plus could not find the cancelation. No prior email notification of pending withdrawal. Not trustworthy.

Issue Not Resolved, But Service was Excellent.
Even though my issue couldn't be resolved via chat, the two agents I worked with did everything they could to access the e-sim on my previous phone -- a phone that was smashed to bits after numerous cars ran over it while the phone lay helpless on a busy road.
The agents were friendly and knowledgeable and did their best.
