I just have to either ring or just pop in and they get me sorted. I couldn’t get my phone to connect to the car. I had been trying for weeks. So simple just disconnect phone from the car and start again. So simple

The car was extremely well prepared and presented on pick up. We had a small sensor glitch develop which was sorted within a day and dealt with under warranty, no questions asked.

Excellent customer service, service staff are polite and helpful, service completed and warranty issue diagnosed without fuss, reminders sent day before car was due in. Call to say when car was ready to collect, courtesy call afterwards to check all was ok.

I purchased a used car on the 28th 2026 totalling £7000, 4 days later the car was returned due to engine failure. I have since been using a courtesy vehicle. We’re now on the 10th April and the vehicle is still being diagnosed. You don’t expect this when purchasing a new car.
I’ve had to contact the dealership on many occasions for updates.
The only positive experience I’ve had with Astons is the fact I’m driving a lovely courtesy car.

They collected my car because my husband can't drive at the moment for medical reason so couldn't Pick me up from the garage while it had work done and had it's mot. It was such a help at a bad time. All the staff were so kind and helpful.
