I saw Aston Bradley posted the new property advertisement on their own web site on April 1, Friday. I called on Monday speaking to them regarding the apartment renting. The reception put down my name and contact number, saying another agent would call me back tomorrow. No one contacted me next day, so I called on Wednesday and talked to the same receptionist. She said the agent was sick, but she would let agent to call me. I still didn't hear anything from them, so I called on Friday, April 9. I got the answer machine saying their opening time, saying Friday close at 12:45 to 1:45. I called after 2:15 PM, but no one picked up the phone. This Tuesday April 12 morning, I called again. The same receptionist answer my call. I told her that I was interested in the same apartment and wanted to book the viewing. She told me the apartment was on the process of offering, so it couldn't offer any viewing. I explained to her that I didn't hear any contact from your agent regarding this apartment. It was not right that the agent did not give me the contact regarding the renting, then offer the apartment for somebody else. The agent is very unprofessional to deal with clients and the people working there were not enthusiastic toward their jobs.

Very unprofessional staff who work here. I called on numerous occasions to chase up on a offer I placed. The agent was rude and no courtesy to even call or message with an outcome. Every single time I have had to call and chase things. Staff need to attend a customer service class and to deal with customers regardless of the outcome. Would never recommend .

As a Landlord, I have used property Agents in the past who have been unprofessional and could not care less about the properties under their management. Aston Bradley is the total opposite, one of a kind. The properties both Commercial and Residential under the management of Aston Bradley have been managed professionally, with the utmost attention keeping tenants and Landlord extremely satisfied, very few Agents can deliver this level of service. I have no hesitation in recommending Aston Bradley and continue to enjoy a fruitful relationship.

As a landlord one of my main concern is that Aston Bradley is not as efficient at responding to request for information, via email.

I live in London and was worried about letting out my property in Birmingham but Mr.Ali, Miss Aliya , Miss Ola and rest of the team in the office been very supportive and helpful right from the start. Now it's been fourth month that I let out my property and I really dont have any worries as the team look after my property and tenants, like their own.
Really thankful for you lot help and support. Highly recommended estate agents without any doubt.
