One of the best professional tea…

One of the best professional tea training courses

I have been working in the tea and herbal infusions industry for many years now. Over the years I have attended several tea courses and training events, in presence or distance learning, both in Europe and in the US, but I must say that those organized by the Italy Tea & Infusions Association (Assote Infusi) are among the best available internationally today. The programme of study is specially designed for tea industry professionals or serious tea lovers. Highly recommended!

Italy Tea & Infusions Association (AssoTè Infusi) is the first and oldest tea association in Italy, and today the only Tea Trade and Tea Professional association, as well as the only national body able to issue Certificates of Professional Competence under the Italian Law 4/2013 on liberal professions for all professionals working in the Tea Industry. Our goal is to help members and clients develop and launch successful Tea & Herbal Infusions' businesses.

I am Chinese and I live for several…

I am Chinese and I live for several years in Italy. When I was in China, I regularly drank high quality tea. Although I am not a professional, I had
attended several high standard tea classes in China. And now I wanted to continue learning more about it, also to improve my Italian. So I searched and found several courses here in Italy, but the only ones that seemed very serious were those of the Italy Tea Association (Assotè).
In fact, my expectations were fully met. Honestly, I would never have expected to find tea courses of such a high level here in Italy. Nothing to envy to those I attended in China. I was also deeply impressed by Master Bertona's great knowledge about Chinese Tea Art （茶艺和茶道） as well as by the many awards he has received in my homeland. Thank you for promoting true tea culture in Italy！
