Hi Hifzha,

Thank you for your feedback. The purpose of the form you mention is for your nominated workplace assessor to provide evidence that they are qualified to assess you. This is a mandatory requirement of the awarding body and was clearly stated upon enrolment. You will not be able to undertake this course with any provider without providing this information.

The information you have been given is correct. If your workplace is not willing to support you in your studies, your only options are to cancel your course (if you are within the cancellation period) or to find a new workplace that is able to give you the support you need.

Unfortunately, as you are several months past your cancellation period, finding a new workplace would be your only option if you want to undertake this course.

Thanks for the feedback. We don't know your details, so we can't comment on your specific case.

For some courses, we are unable to offer extensions, this may be because your qualification is being withdrawn by the awarding body (something we have no control over).

In any case, your course deadline is displayed clearly in your LMS account, so you will need to complete your course by that date.

If you enrolled in March then we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund, as you would be several months past your cancellation period.

If you drop us a line, our team will be happy to discuss your options.

Your queries were responded to, course progression and available options were discussed, and your later refund request was reviewed in accordance with the published Terms and Conditions, including the 14-day cancellation period, which applies consistently to all learners.

The matter relates to the outcome of your refund request and our application of the published course terms, rather than a lack of communication or engagement from our team.

We do offer course extensions but only allow these as a learner approaches their course end date, as it’s only at that time that we can be certain an extension is needed.
