Taking money via direct debit that they are not entitled too...
This company is taking money from me that they are not entitled to and don't have any interest in fixing it.
My home insurance has been cancelled, I have a cancellation email from them and they have still taken 2 extra payments of £40+ from me. When I contacted them, they told me its my problem to sort out, despite the fact I've done everything I could.
They than basically threatened me with further action if I stop making direct debit payments to them. Absolute cowboys.
Update: just to help other people find out what is going on as I had to ring my bank to find out who they are. If you have a direct debit going out with a reference of "APF2 T" it is probably them taking a direct debit on someone elses behalf.
