We used Asset Harbour for a mortgage offer in the middle of 2022. Jess was my contact throughout the time.

We thought that the cost was reasonable for the mortgage that we were offered. We also got very fast responses to any questions and Jess picked up the phone when we called. This is not always the case when you are chasing other providers.

We were more than satisfied and I would highly recommend their services.

My husband and I were put in touch with asset harbour via a friend. Our remortgage, to say the least has been far from straight forward and lots of hurdles have come our way. The whole team at asset harbour from the initial meet up and run through with Gary, to life insurance and will writing have been amazing. We were put in touch with Xavier Collin earlier this year to assist us with our mortgage, he is extremely competent in his field, always accessible, he will always do his best to reassure and answer questions no matter how important or irrelevant they are. He’s polite, professional but easy to talk to which I personally think is what you need when you’re trying to understand things completely over your head. He is a credit to asset harbour and we are extremely grateful for the hard work he has put in to secure us the best mortgage deal, especially in these difficult Financial Times. I have to say every member of staff I have spoken to and dealt with at asset harbour have all been amazing, just a well run company and I personally would highly recommend them. Asset harbour go the extra mile and even if the time for your mortgage isn’t now, they will support you in getting yourself in a better position so you can move forward in the future.

Great friendly and professional service. Will are usually not something you look forward to and can be quite tricky when you get to do one. Freya made it seem easy and hassle free. And the courteous follows ups after the initial session were helpful to finally get me to complete my part. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Asset Harbour.
