Fantastic, friendly service from Xavier and the team at Asset Harbour!

Xavier was excellent, not just in working out the best mortgage and providing lots of helpful advice, but also in his friendly and approachable attitude. I would definitely recommend him and the team every time.

Mark is very professional and takes his time to explain and find the right products to meet your requirements. We have used them for our business protection and also personal insurances for a number of years now. They are proactive in their approach as well and will keep your interests at heart rather than just selling you a product you may not need.

We dealt with Harry at assert harbour and he has been great. He was so helpful and made the process really smooth, he helped with any problems we had with our mortgage and went above and beyond to get us the best deal. Harry’s customer service was great, always really friendly and was so easy to get in contact with. As first time buyers we were new to it all and he explained every step in so much detail and left no question unanswered. So many other brokers dismissed us as we had a problem with a credit report and Harry was the only one who looked into it for us and got us the mortgage. Highly recommend!

Had fantastic service from these guys - I still recall getting a call from the MD the same night I sent in the initial query. Xavier was case handler from there was was very helpful, personable and kept me up to date and chased me when I need to get stuff over to him. Even when Xavier was on annual leave my case got picked up and taken care of.

When things started to get scary as the sale was reaching the end of the window of time we had and we needed people chasing Xavier was right on it and able to put the pressure on my lender to get the sale across the line. Now I have the keys to my first apartment!
