Poor Rip Off Customer Service
I was pointed to this hotel by booking.com after I needed an hotel to see my daughter and I thought I would surprised her and spend my savings on three visit to London.
Alas. I booked the first week available in December. I checked the email later to confirm the booking only to find it has been done in 2026. It is my error. I admit. But this hotel as refused to refund my money even though it's 14 months from now and less then 24 hours have passed for the transaction.
I find this very unreasonable, but there attitude is tough, not our problem. T&C's say no refunds.
Yet another hotel which just wants to take your saved money and not care about the customer service.
