Non-existent customer service - completely ignored

I ordered some shoes on 27/11/2022 with a shipment notification on 29/11.

I did not hear anything back from ASRA about the delivery being confirmed so I checked the tracking ID with Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Parcelforce tracking said the shoes had been delivered on 30/11 'to a neighbour' but did not say which one and did not leave a calling card. I do not have an agreement with Parcelforce to leave parcels with my neighbours.

I have still not received the shoes and have emailed ASRA four times over this week (starting on 04/12) but have still not had a response from them.

It is their duty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to ensure the goods I have paid for are delivered or I receive a refund if they are not delivered within a timely manner. They have not acknowledged my emails and if they do not within the next couple of days, I will contact my card provider to make a chargeback claim.
