Tomb Raider Remasters poor treatment

Recently they updated Tomb Raider Remastered 1-3, but this new "patch" came with a bomb of bugs and glitches, allegedly badly AI-made textures (though unproven it was really AI), and issues sometimes affecting the game's progress. Important to note that, before that, the game was totally fine, and fans were just asking for some of the improvements from their Tomb Raider Remastered 4-6 (to which, allegedly, Aspyr refused to do so and instead outsourced the new update to a strange company, and not Saber Interactive, whose devs made the game, according to some posts on X). As a result, Aspyr received tons of backlash on social media and they came up with a bare bone note only after a week being silent, allegedly trying to gaslight fans into thinking they didn't use AI (which the opposite, although unproven, seems to be noticed on the new trophies' icons, for example) and ignoring fans request to roll the patch back to its antecessor by saying they'll work on fixes instead and, apparently, delegating to players the task of reporting bugs to them. I've spent money on the games, and I feel betrayed and inclined to think 4 times before buying anything from them again. It's disheartening to get the impression they are rolling over our money like that after they drank from the glory of these remasters and fans' praise.

Never Buy Anything Aspyr Are Associated With

Purchased a new game of theirs (Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition). This is almost a 20 year old PC game that had a lot of problem and bugs when it was first released. With the new version one assumes that the faults had been fixed, but no. All it is is just clever marketing to make a buck out of old garbage. They just added console-play functionality and higher resolution graphics and called it Enhanced Edition. They also added extra faults to the game. This product is not of 'merchantable quality'. Lots of reviewers have found problems with it and so it can be argued that it is fraudulent.

I went to their website to contact them about this issue...but you can't contact them without signing up to an account. Never buy anything associated with this company.

Cant believe they get away with it!

Had a request raised for a month now and no response, the game I downloaded from the Mac store causes Mac to slow down and just simply will not function when playing due to lagging. No response, no way to contact directly! unbelievable.
