Unauthorized Charges and Emotional Distress: Seeking Resolution from Aspire Servicing Center
I had a very frustrating experience with Aspire Servicing Center. After they assured me multiple times that no further payments would be taken from my account, they proceeded to withdraw money without my consent. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to take any responsibility or resolve the issue.
The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and it’s deeply troubling that they would engage in such practices. The customer service was unhelpful, offering no solutions or meaningful assistance. Despite providing clear evidence that I did not authorize the withdrawal, they have refused to issue a refund. They do not care about the additional fees, nor time away from work, family or other activities to gather documents to prove they did wrong. Granted on this instance, i have their Customer Service Director and a Supervisor admitting that they made a mistake on a recorded call.
If you are considering using Aspire Servicing Center, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and they have shown no willingness to correct their mistakes.
