Would give 0 if I could . My delivery went to wrong area in Madeira. They say it was delivered to me lies I never received it. Delivery was for Funchal there tracking says it was delivered to Canico. Other side of island. This company needs to sort out the stealing .

Entrega rapida e correu bem

I ordered through Amazon and delivery was made by ASM, as I had never heard of it I decided to research it and saw only negative feedback and I was immediately scared!! I just thought "I was going to lose my order (200+)". So to counter the tide and to calm people who, like me, are looking for feedback, I have to tell you that everything went well and it was even delivered ahead of schedule, I ordered it on Wednesday and it was expected to be Monday and I received it on Friday. fair and without any unforeseen events (and any complications you may have, ASM operates in Portugal as GLS, so my advice is to speak to the GLS base closest to your area of ​​residence if you have any problems)

Encomendei atraves da amazon e a entrega era feita pela ASM, como nunca ouvi falar decidi pesquisar e vi so feedback negativo e fiquei logo assustada!! que ia perder a minha encomenda (200+). Portanto para contrariar a maré e para acalmar as pessoas que tal como eu, vao logo a procura de feedback, tenho vos a dizer que correu tudo bem e até foi entregue antes do previsto, encomendei quarta e a previsão seria segunda feira e recebi na sexta feira e sem qualquer imprevistos (e qualquer complicação que tenham a ASM opera em portugal como GLS, portanto o meu conselho é falarem com a base da GLS mais proxima da vossa zona de residencia caso tenham algum problema)

They've had my parcel for over 2 weeks…

They've had my parcel for over 2 weeks and I still haven't received it.. It's now passed the final date of delivery and all they can say is we will look into it.. I just want what I paid for this is really bad customer service..

This courier service is useless…

This courier service is useless. Every time I order something with Amazon.es and they use ASM as the courier, there’s always a problem. On the last occasion they lost my iPad and now I’m dealing with Amazon trying to get a refund. ASM are so useless that no one bothers to pick up the phone when I call them. You should steer away from this company and I’m going to be escalating to the top level of Amazon to advise them to ditch ASM and use someone reliable like DPD or GLS

Would put zero if I could. The asm this is the worst delivery carrier, especially in Portugal, where most if delivery companies are useless anyway. I was waiting like an idiot for package with diabetic cat food. The package did not arrive, and I had received the message that I was not home on amazon page instead. I swear that, if the cat will die because of lack of proper food, I shall open the case in court against these criminals.

We’ve had a very bad experience with a ASM I wouldn’t recommend this company they are rude Lying to the customers. After purchasing a vehicle from ASM I called in the morning the office to ask What do I need to bring with me to prove that I bought the vehicle I was told all I need is an ID and the pin number I’ve travelled 4 hours 40 minutes With my partner to pick up the vehicle when I arrived at the main base I was told I’m not allowed to take the vehicle without a recovery pick up truck. I’ve told them I’ve spoken to someone in office and there was made very clear but I need to bring with me before I left home. I end up doing nine hours journey for nothing And the bloke who spoke to me he was very rude and aggressive I will never recommend this company Absolutely rubbish.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! In Portugal, it's impossible to reach anyone. My package has been attempted twice WITH NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY PAPER. and contacting Amazon Spain is a freaking impossible joke.
I've canceledt Amazon prime and will never use again.

WORST SHIPPING EXPIERENCE EVER

The most horrific, time consuming, terrible experience I have ever had.
Took 5 phone calls, google searches to find a phone number to call. When I found it I have been on hold for 29 minutes already.
EVERYBODY ORDERING THROUGH AMAZON SHOULD COMPLAIN TO AMAZON NOT TO USE ASM/GLS SERVICES!
I am happy to pay more for my shipping charge if it means I get the packages!

So bad it’s funny

Same experience as nearly everyone else on this comment page. ASM are awful. Delivery allegedly attempted but “need further information”. Phoned them and gave them the information and delivery date missed again. Phoned them again and they requested the SAME information I’ve provided already. Something fundamentally wrong that ASM still being used by Amazon even though their customer service is sooo bad. Business relationship stinks!

0% delivery rate

I live in Portugal and get items shipped by Amazon Spain. Unfortunately sometimes the delivery does not arrive. I started to spot a pattern. It is everytine ASM is selected. I had 6 orders that never arrived, all of them from ASM.

Now when an item says it's being shipped by ASM I know I have to reorder since it will never arrive. Once I waited 2 months for an item....

Annoyingly, they always say they tried to deliver but need more information. I have given them the information.
