Superb, friendly and efficient service for replacement windows from ASK Windows in Mill Hill, and Faranak always so helpful. Fitters were excellent, all arriving and completing the work on days agreed.

Perfect Experience with Ask Windows and especially with Mr. Nad and Ms. Faranak.
The widows came fast and installed professionally, The fitters were very clean and tidy, and most importantly they were polite.

Big thanks to Nad at ASK Windows Mill Hill. Products are first class and arrived on time and fitted by trust-worthy fitters. We ordered a skylight, bi-fold doors, 6 new windows and some internal aluminum crittle glass as a partition as well as a front door by solidoor. Really a pleasure to deal with.

Natt sounded like a good person. Walking into his office you will see all the fantasy world of fullfilling your dreams and making him as if your best friend ever. His slogan of "walking away as a friend" is very attractive.

Sadly we fell into the trap. After paying over 20k for a replacement of 14 windows for our whole house, nothing was delivered. They promised to install them and yet it kept on delaying and delaying. Eventually they were late by over 2 months and it put our schedule for our new home in total disarray.
The installers who came were obviously temporary contractors. The installation quality is very poor. Seals were not done properly that rain water just pours into the gaps. Glasses have minor cracks and scratches and yet we were not told about it - we have to check them very carefully and they reluctantly replace only one of them and left the other 5 windows with scratched glasses. The installers didnt get about our house - they were smoking and making unnecessary scratches. Fortunatley our house is to be renovated, otherwise it would costs a fortune to renovate the damages they caused. Installation took more than 2 weeks to complete despite the promised 4 days.

The worst is the winodws is in such poor quality that is already showing leaks after some rain. Two out of the 14 windows are already full of water. Trying to call our so called friend "Natt" will only end up in voice message and he is no where to be seen. Visiting the office will not even let us in.
