Can't get parts, awkward and expensive repairs
I purchased an Asko dryer 3 years ago and already the belt is broken. I don't expect that from what is a premium product. The technician advised me that the repair involves also changing some type of housing and is therefore long and involved. He said it would be 3+ hours to do. If that weren't enough, he wouldn't be able to get the necessary parts for another 5 months. The estimated cost is 50% of the cost of a new dryer. With no guarantees I won't be back again in another 3 years. Terrible service and unacceptable for the belt to break after only 3 years.
