If I could give 0 stars I would. Caravan owners, particularly owners who have had theirs stolen like we did - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they say they are working on your behalf and then once the insurance company say they are not paying out they don't want to know, they are worse than the thieves who took the caravan

I am really sorry you have left a negative review. Unfortunately, your Insurers declined the claim since you failed to secure the caravan in the way you said you would when you took the policy out.
I sent you details of the complaints procedure you could follow and, ultimately, refer to the FOS without any cost to you.
I was pleased to hear that your caravan was recovered.
