Customer service was excellent! I had ordered the wrong wig and June and the team were amazing, professional yet also very helpful with my replacement. The hair is fab, good quality, no smells and easy to wear straight from the box. Packaging is lovely and good freebies included. Cannot praise the quality and customer service enough. Highly recommend!

This unit could be a little more dense but otherwise it is lovely, soft, no strange odours and colour exactly as described.

This company is amazing they have great customers services & their products are high quality. FedEx kept leaving my products at the wrong house twice but this co steped up and resolved the issue I was also given a $30shop card for my next order. Now that's customers service so if u want quality products give this co your business

Quality was good ,shipping timing was good price was good ,however the burgundy wig I got wasn't burgundy it's a dark red and not as full as the black which I'm a bit disappointed with otherwise it's been a good experience

Grace is excellent and great customer service

I did like the color. I did notice some breakage/ very short pieces on the crown of the wig. I also notice that its not 20" all around. I looks as though it was already cut with some mild layers. The wig cap is a bit small, however because the color is exactly what Ive been looking for I will keep purchasing. The hair itself is very soft and has a natural density. I dont regret this purchase and I look forward for future purchases in the near future.

Worst wig I have ever bought. The lace tears easily, it shed a lot, it get tangled, it thins in the front very quickly. Horrible.
