Have I been scammed

I bought a blender online that got overheated when I used just about 30sec.
When I told asda about it I was told to send it to the leyton store.
At the leyton store my order number was collected and the blender also received and was told to expect the refund within 7 to10 working days. I did not receive any refund after 10 working days.
I tried calling the store after 14 working days only to be told by one of their unhelpful staff that my order number could not be found.
I don't even know what to do now!
Looks like I have been scammed.

Disgraceful Service.

6 bottles of Wine. All Advertised as being
available. The following day. Delivered
to my home. Only 2 bottles of the Wine ordered Online. With 2 Substitutes!!!
So I only received 4 Bottles of Wine!?
False Advertising on the Website.

I am not as Asda customer I shop…

I am not as Asda customer I shop waitrose.Marks & Spencer .Occasionally Tesco and Sainsbury's reason I don't shop Asda as there are 2 huge ones by me is they are grubby looking stores fridges dirty not clean self service till dirty only thing clean is there shopping baskets 5 stars for that .But I nipped into Asda Trafford park again another grubby dirty unkept looking store I don't blame Asda but the general manager in charge it's job to look after the store.I purchased bakery rolls which were nice and exceptional apple and blackcurrant crumble cake off the bakery section after trying to find a clean till to pay ..I must say it's probably the nicest sponge cake I have had in years it out does Marks &Spencer who are renowned for cakes .I certainly will be purchasing more 5 stars to Asda but just wish they had better store management should have cleaners constantly checking fridges for spilt food checking dirty floors and tills ..

I ordered on line, they subsiuted, totally the wrong stuff.
I won't be ordering again.
However, their clothing is a lot better than Tesco or Sainsburys.

Asda fuel accused of theft

I went to pick my nephew up from Cardiff and put some fuel my nephew paid and I went to Starbucks with my brother. A week later I have a letter through the door accusing me of stealing fuel the company dealing with it have ignored me asda every time I contact them they accused me of stealing and don’t take anything I say seriously I have showed them proof and they have accused me of lying I could lose my job just because someone sit not does theirs properly

0 stars to be fair I shop at Asda 2 to 4 times a week and use there Asda rewards with the app on my mobile phone I've been scanning my Asda app virtual card for well over a year and still no points when I ask staff in-store about it they don't know anything and I now know it's happening to lots of people starting to think it's a con just so they've got your data and stuff proper rubbish and a waste of time

ASDA home delivery so pleased

We took the plunge for an online delivery from ASDA. The slots they offered we great and to be honest was surprised by the choice of items and quality. More people should give them a try. Deffo would use them again.

Terrible availability and customer service

Delivery driver tried to deliver my order to two other houses in the road before being directed to my address.
Several items were missing and not substituted, those that were substituted were ridiculous replacements.
I ordered three lamb mince with 10% fat and received three with 20% fat which I didn’t notice straight away. I raised the issue with customer services and received an automated message saying that I would not be compensated and that there was no means of appeal.
I do not have these issues with other retailers especially the high level of unavailability of items and ignorance to problems.
It is only because I find Asda marginally cheaper and there is a cost of living crisis that I ordered but this poor level of service is testing my patience.

Customer service

Customer service ? Non existent! Repeatedly hung up on as soon as you ask a question being advised that i would hear from them with 48 hours , After a number of calls about them taking the money from a gift card for an order they cancelled and being advised that they have no record of the transaction! No closer to resolution ! So now left with no money on the gift card and no shopping either . Need to change their catch phrase from " That's Asda price " to " That's the price of using Asda"

Terrible

Asda Express Petrol Clapham. Terrible customer service, Amazon offers that place to send back deliveries. They always have an excuse and refuse to send it. I don’t understand why Amazon pays for it.

Asda IT and clothing leave a lot to be desired

I've not been into an Asda store in the past few weeks. Some of their products are very good value, others not so. They used to be very good for pork products, and clothing. But in the last six months the George clothing collections have become dire. Dire by design, and colour. George have started using the cheapest nastiest roughest poor quality fabrics. Did they think we wouldn't notice? It is hard to find any item of Asda clothing for sale now that does not look ugly, cheap and dreadful quality. A big reason for not even looking at any rail now when in store. I tried to order some grocery items online, a first. In the process I managed to register for a rewards card (which I didn't want) I then tried to order from the shop for a collect. They have no option for any guest log in. Their IT registering system didn't like me or my reward log in. I have given up now after wasting nearly an hour. This is their loss for quite a big order. M&S were just as bad with their IT - Will go elsewhere.

Poor product quality

Delivery was prompt and delivery driver was great but produce delivered for a weeks shop was poor with a lot of items with sell by dates or 1-2 days and some products damaged. I have used the service for a few year and have to say after this last delivery I will be reluctant to use it again

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. AVOID.

I purchased a hoover. This has been an on going case for a refund for OVER a year now.

The hoover was faulty. Booked refund and collection. Said collection never happened. Fast forward to requesting again. Finally they collected. It’s now been months of promise of my refund to no avail. They received the hoover back. Yodel tracking confirms it. But no refund. They send case after case to the “senior team” for “manual refund”. Nothing ever gets done.

The Indian call centre sounds like it’s in someone’s back yard whilst a festival is playing.

What a disgraceful company Asda has become in the name of penny punching. Avoid like the plague. Won’t be using them anymore.

Shocking behaviour

Shocking behaviour. On 02/05/2026 at about 10:00, I visited one of your Superstores in Isle of Dog (E14 3BT). I politely asked a member of staff in uniform where a product was located, and he shouted at me and told me to “go away.” You heard me right, he was SHOUTING AT ME! This was completely unacceptable and very upsetting.

I would like to acknowledge Manager Razaul, who was kind and professional when helping me record the incident. However, I was disappointed to be told that Asda is not committed to providing a response to customers regarding incidents like this, which suggests I may not even receive an apology.

No customer should be spoken to in such an abusive manner when simply asking for assistance. The experience was distressing and has left me feeling shaken. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that staff are reminded to treat customers with basic respect.

On the 30th April 2026 between 10am and 6PM. Those working on customer service handling phone calls are the worst.

NEVER BOOK an EXPRESS SLOT WITH ASDA, £9 for the slot and they send your order with ONE MOTORCYCLIST SENT BY UBER???

How does uber come into the equation of an order I placed on the Asda Groceries App?

Pathetic and then didnt send the whole order then refused my refund request.

Singson said on the following day my refund would be issued within 24 hours.. here we are and nothing.

Go to Sainsbury’s or Waitrose, ASDA are a liability they are too cowardly enough to own

Picking and packing isn’t the hardest job in the world but ASDA still get it wrong

When you order a on sale litre of Jack Daniel’s and the pickers/packers decide to send 2 35cls to replace it it’s just not acceptable in any way! 2 35cl is 70cl not a litre. Simple maths, if you’d replaced it with a standard 70cl bottle it would have been cheaper than me paying for 2 small bottles. Your pickers and packers, which let’s face it isn’t the most demanding job in the world, need educating on how to shop from a list clearly.
