Fraud company don't buy tickets from them.
We had talked to live agent order 3 premium economy seats on Air India, they send us payment link, and we paid, when conformation of tickets came it was for only regular economy tickets. Called the agent Anirudh, he says he will change it in one day, but that day passed so I was left with no choice but to cancel the tickets, When I cancel the tickets I they did not refund me full money, they said you had chosen seats which is not refundable. Seats we chose were not the seats we had requested.
When talking to their refund department they made all excuses but still no refund after a month. I am thinking of filing a law suit against the company.
They are pure fraud beware of buying anything tickets form them.
