Was soll ich sagen, ich habe 30 Jahre Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und unterschiedlichen Kunden. Aber das was hier an Leistung beim Kunden ankommt ist ein Lehrbeispiel wie man es nicht macht.

Ich rate dringend von der Arval-Bank als Leasingbank ab. Es herrscht dort Chaos. Trotz von Anfang an erteiltem und gültigem SEPA-Lastschriftmandat kommt jeden Monat die Zahlungserinnerung der Buchhaltung. Jeden Monat muss man wertvolle Lebens- und Arbeitszeit damit verschwenden, mit Arval zu telefonieren und auf den Fehler hinweisen. Es wird sich entschuldigt und zugesagt, dass keine Zahlungserinnerungen mehr verschickt werden - und jeden Monat aufs Neue das gleiche Problem. Das kann ich nur als Chaos bezeichnen.
