This company have an appalling attitude to customer service. We order meat, are told a time to collect or meet their driver (they won't deliver) and we have to then wait when we arrive for upwards of an hour (today was three hours!) when we have staff awaiting the orders to produce product for our customers. It seems they deliberately delay getting our orders ready. Their customer service attitude is abysmal. To add - when DEFRA are visiting, all rules are followed. When not, multiple frozen carcasses of cows and pigs hang in their trucks with the doors open for flies and seagulls to pick at the meat. I saw this because I was sat waiting to collect my order for a VERY long time. Truly appalling. Avoid like the plague.
