Bought a black-out blind a few years ago. After about 3 years I started noticing a foul body odour smell. For a few years I tried isolating the smell and only recently did I discover that it was the blind. The chemicals used in the blackout surface deteriorate in sunlight and produce this foul odour. I contracted the company and they refused to believe me. In addition, the image on the blind, which is brickwork, is wonky. It’s been attached so that the bricks aren’t straight. I didn’t bother reporting it earlier, but coupled with the foul smell and their lack of assistance or advice, is very disappointing.
This was the second blind I had bought from them. The first blind also had a weird off colour mark on the back of the blind, like one of the other reviews mentioned. I also didn’t report this, as I rarely see the back of the blind pulled down.

Do not trust with your logo. Incompetent. Proved they are wrong but won't fix with me spending more money

Just purchased 2 x blinds from this company, Black Mandala design, they are amazing. Fast delivery, as individually made to order, I thought it would be longer, impressed. Thanks guys

ordered blinds , was happy with image , received same and the background was not white as in the image, when held to the light a grey marking , was not offered a sample to view before hand now stuck with a blind that looks tarnished , after complaining

Very easy to use site with many fabulous designs on, I was spoilt for choice for a new picture for our lounge, but found one, ordered it and it was up within the week.
