The mouse mat is absolutely wonderful. No complaints, it's brought back my motivation to play shooters with my friends, it's always a great time.

The delivery experience, not so much. I'd gladly wait an extra 2 weeks if it's shipped and handled by the standard postal service instead of DHL/FedEx. They charge exorbitant rates for simply handling the package (way more than the VAT itself), and they got my address completely wrong and tried to deliver it on the other side of my country. I paid their "handling fee" on top of the obligatory VAT, but the process took so long and lots of complaints that I'd love to suggest you offer a choice of priority mail or even standard, slow, state postal service instead of DHL, at least for Central/Southeast Europe. I'd love to shop again and even resell your products at a small scale, but not if DHL is my courier.

Delivery was atrocious, was told 4 separate days that it will arrive on that day, in the middle of work hours. Do you just expect me to live at home?

Confusing website, but really good quality products. I sent them an email asking about if they plan on making bigger mousepads, and they responded in literally a day. Most companies never respond no matter what you do, and these people seem to want to genuinely make a good product
