Good service when I needed to change my order
I ordered an item that was out of stock, and they couldn’t give me a delivery date due to the supplier. I changed my order to take an alternative and they sent it quickly, cancelling my original order and refunding the payment promptly. Good service.

I put the order in on Sunday night & the delivery came through by Tuesday. Sadly, only a small portion of my order was in stock & that was what was delivered, & I've only been charged for that part. I hope to hear more about the main part of my order soon but we live in Covid times so it's understandable there could be large delays. What has come was well worth it & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artifolk to my friends.
