BEWARE !!!

BEWARE !!!
I seriously do not like to give bad reviews BUT this site is horrible. Artfire does NOT back their sellers or the customers who buy from them. I finally got paypal to see what a scam the seller was that took my money and recieved a refund.

NO COMMUNICATION - FRAUD RAMPANT

NO COMMUNICATION. Not from the seller. Not from artfire. It seems Artfire doesn't even care that scammers are running rampant on the site. There is no feedback or any way to place any trust in a seller. You will order something, no tracking or shipping notifcation. Open a dispute with paypal, and the seller will somehow come up with a tracking number delivered within the time frame to the same city you are in. Paypal will decline it, but with some detective work, you can win the case.

Why on earth would a company let their website fail this badly? Do they just want to lose money?

Don't buy ANYTHING from this site

Don't buy ANYTHING from this site. They are FULL of scammers. I tried to purchase 2 Apple TV's and found that it was a scammer in China. I used PayPal. I opened a claim to get my money back and the scammer even went so far to provide PayPal false UPS tracking information. PayPal came to the rescue after I had them call UPS. Again - Don't buy anything on this site and SHAME on Artfire for being a storefront for criminals.

Total scam

Total scam. I ordered a laptop and its been 3 weeks and I never received it nor a confirmation that it was being shipped. Then when I contact artfire they claim that there is no such vendor on their site and I need to contact the vendor by the "bogus",email they send. Even PayPal is complacent in it because they say it was delivered but the tracking number they are using is bogus too.

Avoid this site

Avoid this site. Why PayPal still is attached to this site is a mystery. If you get scammed, file a complaint with PayPal if that is the payment site you use as they should vet their associates better. Spread the word.

I was scammed

I was scammed. Ordered something never received it. Couldn’t get a response so I disputed the charge. To which I was told the seller showed tracking information and a delivery receipt! It was a fake tracking info and PayPal refused to reverse it! I am so mad I got scammed by artfire.com

CRIMINALS AND THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!!

Hi, I have been waiting for 2 months to hear from someone and no one responds. I got an email saying they would reach out in 2 to 3 business days and it's been 5 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid 100.00 for a bike for my son that we never received and the seller never responds. I have reached out to Artfire many times and get nowhere. This is extremely unprofessional. At this point I just want my money back. I will never do business with this company again. Terrible experience. Shame on you all. If I could give zero stars I would. I still haven't heard from your hired thief. You don't care if the sellers steal from the customers. I hope you all go out of business ASAP!!

Clearly a criminal enterprise

I'll only add to what is already clear evidence that this is a glossy front for illegal activity. I too was had. Along with many others, found that the tracking number was bogus(it was legit, but not for my address-per USPS), the email given by the seller dissapears after your order is confirmed, and lastly there never was a product to sell you. PayPal is complicent in this activity....they respond to the bogus tracking ID by stating the seller informed them with evidence that the package was delivered. Only it's not your package and it wasn't delivered to you.

First, now that you've been on their site, reset your Chrome browser to original state in the settings. I can't address other browser resets, but I recommend it. You most likely have a redirect and a cookie on your system that watches your every inquiry and will send you to Artfire at every chance. From the PayPal community, with many complaints re: this site and how it's ignored by PayPal.........
"It's a pretty sophisticated operation. First, they plant a tracking cookie to follow you around while you search online. They capture information about a big ticket product you've search for and post an image of that product along with meta data (descriptions, specs., ect.) on a product page of a fake online store-- and offer that product at a fraction of actual retail cost. The contact information posted on that fake store uses random legit US addresses and phone numbers. The phone number will always be busy, the result of also having been hacked, stolen from one of the cellular carriers.

The missing piece is how they get the newly created fake product page ranked so that you easily find it at the top subsequent google searches.

I know this sounds almost too elaborate to be true, maybe you're wondering why would a hacker go to such lengths for each individual theft. The reality is, this is all automated, it's done programmatically. Using sophisticated cookie and site scraping technology, these dynamic fake product pages can be spun up instantaneously without literally lifting a finger. "

ArtFire Charged My Dormant Seller Account 5 Yrs After I Stopped Using It

I set up an ArtFire account in 2016. I never sold anything and eventually forgot about the account. Fast forward to July 2021 when I received an email saying Artfire was going to start charging for all artist accounts, not just taking a percentage.

I tried to log in to formally close my account. I tried several of my email addresses, personal and business, starting with the one Artfire had sent the message through, and could not find an account for any of them. I closed the window and promptly forgot about it thinking my dormant account had been purged.

So, imagine my surprise this morning when I found a charge for $4.99 debited from my PayPal account to ArtFire. And, how somehow, some way, I was able to type in my email address and log into an account using the password recovery link. The exact same email that last month no longer had an account associated with it.

According to PayPal I have an active payment agreement with ArtFire therefore they can keep the funds. Never mind that this is the very first payment I've ever made to ArtFire. If this was an amount I couldn't afford to lose I would be much more upset. Instead, it simply reinforces the unethical theme here and everywhere else on the internet in the way ArtFire does business.

Let me add my voice to the chorus of Bad Reviews on Trust pilot. This site has no place I can find for the buyer to go to Artfire if they did not receive what they ordered.

This is a scam and I hope they go out of business. I wish I would have gone to Trustpilot before I purchase the item I never got. I hope I can get my money back from PayPal.

100% scam site

I believe that everyone should stay away from this site and all sellers. I try to buy an item and thankfully I used my PayPal and not an actual credit card. I bought an item and got an e-mail verifying the purchase. waited until about a week and still never received the shipping confirmation email and try reaching out, 3 emails later nothing. contacted customer service and got nothing to help me move forward other than them telling me to reach out to my payment provider to get a refund. I asked for another email from the seller, but they told me that they wouldn't be able to do that because it's to protect the privacy of the client. About a month goes by and it was just this back and forth with customer service (All emails BTW their phone number doesn't work, Should've been the final red flag but anyways.) and I was beyond done. Within 24 hours I got more info from PayPal from business name, name, email, and phone number, and tracking, nothing that Artfire would give out. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR MONEY IF YOU DON'T STAY AWAY USE A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY SOMETHING OFF OF THAT SITE.

Paid for an item that was never delivered

Paid for an item that was never received! I was provided a tracking number that show clearly that there were issues with package and that the item had been returned to sender. I produced all of this information to the seller and was told that I was trying to "deceive" them. Then the cut off communication.
