Really horrible experience with this company. No customer service.

I absolutely love this company with their stonking customer service, they were very patient with me when I regularly harangued them about some items I was DESPERATE for; they kept me posted regarding delivery dates and even let me know when my precious items landed (often peeps say they’ll do that and don’t). If I lived closer I bake a cake and take it round.

After four years using this company I've basically just had the door slammed in my face after notifying the company of a defective product. After speaking to the manager who would not budge was not listening at all and I would never use this company again.

I want to thank you for the great service. Ordered Daler- Rowney 3D Deep Edge Canvas boxes, they arrived quicker than I thought. Nicely packaged and I'm more than thrilled. Thank you very much.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the ease of ordering, availability and price of products, updates on delivery and the tracking feature.

The only niggle I have is the search feature on Android. It doesn't work properly and I have to change to desktop site view to be able to search the first time I click the microscope.

Other than that, I'm an extremely happy bunny to have found their site!

Terrible customer service. Was a mix up of where my parcel was delivered and the woman on the phone had no interest in helping me because “we close in 15 minutes”. Luckily it was found the next day with a random neighbour but did anyone from ArtDiscount phone me back the following day to check i got it or anything? Not a peep... Much better companies to use

The best prices in the UK on many items. Packing could be better though, one can of acrylic came completely open and has almost ruined everything.

My product arrive bent and not in good order...

I was told that they are like that and that I could send it back for a refund...not a sorry not a helpful response no sympathy just return address and that's it...

So being left out of pocket paying postage back too.......AVOID THIS COMPANY

I have twice bought paints and accessories from this store now and both times the process has been perfect.
The website is nice to use and they have delivered far earlier than the estimated times.
The particular products I went there for (Griffin Alkyd oil paints) are cheaper at this store than at others have seen and they have a few things that I use that are also at a pretty decent price.
Postage is free for larger orders and on my latest order I did have to pay but it was a good low price and lower than the other suppliers I use.
They don't sell all the art things that I want but enough to make it worth visiting their site when I am shopping for gear online.
All in all a great service at a good price and a joy to use.

High quality goods, well packaged. Customer service is excellent, they went out of their way to resolve a stock issue and issued a refund immediately keeping me up to date by phone. Will definitely use again and can highly recommend.

I bought Royal Talens Rembrandt Professional Artists' Oil Colour box from ArtDiscount. I got it at better discount than others. Delivery was a bit late but overall it was peerless shopping experience.
