Have never had such bad service form any company ever. We have had dozens of patches re-made because of careless errors. and I mean DOZENS. They are very unapologetic and flat in dealing with it which is such bad customer service.I am very details and send very organized and details specifics with photos, that you would have to be a child not to understand.
The only reason we even stayed producing with them is that it was such a ordeal to get the patches right in the first place.
that we didn't want to go through the same thing with another company b/c we had invested so much time with them in many many baby steps.

We had ordered product from them and when it arrived the color was wrong (due to picture provided). When I emailed them about remaking the patch in the correct color, they said sure if you pay us again then told me that they would charge us DOUBLE of what they did the first time. Then offered 20% off the 100% markup!!
