The quality experience of the Arozzi XL - chair is first-rate. The XL is good for big people.
However, if you had to screw it together alone, it pays off to look at a youtube clip on how the chair is assembled. Even if there are instruction leaflets, it's about certain details that do not show in the leaflets that can be crucial to get video feedback on.
Customer service deserves 10 stars. You really get the feeling that they exist to create a first-rate buying experience and to support when the chair needs spare parts. Let's face it, a chair is wear and tear, so it pays off to have a relationship with CS and maintain your chair when needed.
All in all, I recommend the brand!

Amazing quality
I own a Vernazza gaming chair and have had it almost 2 years. Due to covid-19 I use the chair around 10 hours a day and it still feels like the chair is brand new.

I Always worry about the support/warranty when i purchase online, but arozzi have the best customer service i ever experienced. Used my desk and chair for two years and the warranty had expired, got a problem with my chair that my dog have caused but there was no problem. One email and next day i received my new part. That is what i call customer support
The chair is really comfortable
The chair is really comfortable, it is easy to mount and looks definitely great. The quality of the materials is definitely good! I would highly recommend it for anyone who’d want a chair for gaming/working/studying. I spend at least 10h a day on it and I love it.

Service and warranty above excellent for gamechair
During the past two years, I used the Arozzi game chair extensively, also during Covid and working from / at home a lot. After 1,5 year, the right armrest broke. Support immediately replaced this. Then just before the end of the 2 years warranty, the left armrest broke and it was again replaced without any problem. Wauw, what a service!
But now the final one; just after the warranty, a bolt holding the wheel broke off. As service they also replaced this without any cost as a service. WAUW, this is the best service I ever experienced in my life. Great company and live up and beyond expectations wrt service!
I had a chair for almost two years
I had a chair for almost two years. Then the backrest of my chair broke. Took about 2 hpurs for initial response, to which they replied that all I had to do was send my full adress and phone number and they would send the part the following day. The day after, probly because of my late response everything was sent and I had the tracking for the shipping in my e-mail. Haven't received this level of service EVER.

I have sent a first email which for which I never had a response, so I sent a followup after a few weeks and I've been informed that the first contact was never received, probably a technical issue.
After the followup, the customer service was super nice, very responsive, and sent me replacement parts within minutes of my request.

Excellent customer service, honestly. I had the pleasure of speaking to Gustav through email. My question was about a chair and how certain features worked. He not only answered my question, but actually TESTED to see if a specific pillow would fit my desired chair. Aside from that he included the pillow free of charge and sent my order the very same day. This level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. Keep up the good work Arozzi! I look forward to receiving my chair. Gustav, you're the man! I hope your manager gets to see this review! Definitely doing business again with this company in the future.
Perfect customer service
I had challenges with my VERNAZZA chair and therefore wrote to Arozzi customer service. I got new spare parts, within a few days. Amazing! Now I just hope the spare parts will solve my problems :)
Absolutely stunned by customer service.
Absolutely stunned by the customer service. I contacted them to get a replacement part on warranty, and they sent me everything i needed - Had it on my doorstep the next morning. Then i had some issues removing the old gas lift from the wheelbase, and i asked them for some tips on this - They offered to send me a new wheelbase if i couldn't separate the parts. I did get it out eventually, but this has really been a smooth and fast process the entire way through.

If you want to see what customer service should be. Look no further. The friendly and professional service I received was nothing but excellent. It might seam a little over the top, but I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received.
Great brand
High quality brand and good support team, If you buy something off of Arozzi and something isnt as it seems then contact their support and they'll be more than happy to fix it. My Verona Pro V2 had a faulty mechanism and gaslift which they replaced ASAP when I told them about my issue. <3

I have old chair that "broke" in the wheelbase. I could still use it, but it was scratching my floor mat quite bad. So I wrote to Arozzi and got a very quick reply. I had to try and few things, but since they didn't work, they sent me a completely new bottom half of the chair. Wheelbase, wheels, gas lift and mechanism - brand new without a charge! Had a few questions and they were answered almost as soon as I sent the mail.
Can only recommend Arozzi to others.
I tried another gaming chair before contacting their support and it was just not the same quality or comfort and with the support that they have given - I will not try another chair again
