Very friendly helpful staff at the well-organised Edinburgh Airport branch. Fast turnaround both ways. No BEVs however, - I had to rent a fossil-fuel car after six years of driving a BEV and the experience was abysmal!

We are currently still hiring a car from Arnold clark Liverpool. The service from the staff has been exceptional. Lesley in the Liverpool office has been exceptional nothing was any bother and I asked so many questions for different hire options, she was continuously helpful professional and easy to talk too.
We extended our hire today and spoke to Tracey who was also very helpful and extended the hire for another week with no bother.
We originally booked a car from Manchester airport office and were looked after by Lindsey and James the driver who were also very helpful and friendly thankyou to all the staff
