Invaluable Tool for a Nanny Agency

As an agency using this site, it has been such a great tool for connecting with our wonderful candidates. Matt and his team are so supportive and responsive and willing to answer or help with anything you might need. I highly recommend trying them out and as their database is growing, so is the variety of experienced and top notch candidates.

Amazing costumer service!

I signed up with them a few years ago but I never got the chance to use the website. A few days ago I found a very interesting role on their website and I applied for it. I am not very technological so I had to message them a few times and they were always quick to reply and super useful! Will I recommend using this website to my nanny friends? Yes, absolutely! Matt is simply Amazing!!

Great Nannysitter!

I loved using this platform.
We found a great nannysitter for a weekend away, and we got excellent service when asking questions.
100% recommend.

Good idea, not so great in practice

Noticed this site based on the many, unusually designed job ads they post on social media. Decided to give them a go. Unfortantely, the experience was rather mixed. On positive side, it's very reasonably priced. On negative side, platform is not particularly user friendly. What is most annoying is that the overview of matched nannies is in a different order every time the page is accessed. As the list of matches grows, it's impossible to remember which ones you have reviewed already. Generally, the quality of candidates on platform is very mixed - many nannies with little or no actual experience. The matching is also not great. Which means you get matched with many profiles that are just not a good match. You then have to send a connection request to nannies, but even after that is accepted the hit rate is very low. Most nannies still don't answer you. Long story short, it's a good idea, but with largely low quality candidate pool, clunky user interface and requires lots of time for little result. We spent a lot of time on it, only got one interview out of it. If you don't want to use an agency, there is still much better nanny platforms out there...
