We have been tenants of Rav Dosanjh for 3.5 years, I would advise anyone who is using this letting agency, to ensure you follow up everything with an email and read the fine prints.
You will be confused with charges and fees, any conversation you have with Rav Dosanjh on the telephone will be later denied, follow it up in writing always.
Rav will always give you a long story, stating that he’s busy, he’s unwell, head is hurting, stomach pains and as a landlord he is disappointing. When it came maintenance repairs, we had to hound him constantly.
When we provided him with notice, he forced us to complete viewings for his future tenants, during COVID19 restrictions taking into consideration one person living the property was shielding Rav disregarded this.
We provided 2 month notice as stated in contract and later he agreed for us to end in 1 month, where he later denies. Currently in deposit refund dispute. When speaking to Rav follow your gut instinct, don’t be fooled by him.
