I am in the middle of a incident…
I am in the middle of a incident involving FAILURE TO PAY. I have not been paid for services rendered for the month of March 2026 per the Statement of Work and the Master Service Agreement. Arise is not very transparent about their operating procedures, rules, and policies when it comes to Service Providers. They tried to apply new rules retroactively to deny payment for past work performed. Arise added a new disclaimer about banking requirements after the fact. My financial institution supports ACH transfers and complies with standard U.S. banking systems There is no banking limitation preventing payment. In addition, they have failed to provide information to me to trace through the normal ACH tracking method.
LAZY!
LAZY!! I was an independent contractor with these people for only a few months before I had an issue. They require you to sign up under an LLC and if you don't already have one, you have to sign up under someone else. When my service partner Conquest Virtual Home Support LLC (calling it Support is rich!!), stopped paying me and stopped responding to me. The answer from Partner Support was "Sorry, we don't do that. We can ask her to respond but that's all" ok so, they support their Service Partners in STEALING from their contractors! Please! For your own sake, save yourself the trouble!! 2 months, still haven't been paid.
ARISE work from home platform is Dishonest
ARISE did me something yesterday. I went through the entire process and paid for my background check for $8,900 only to get 'you are not eligible' a few minutes later. I reached out to Support, they advise class is full and Background Fees non refundable, I also have 12 months to use it on upcoming opportunities. My question was should it not be reversed on the basis that the class is full and not that I failed anything??? They just kept saying I have 12 months for it to last and to wait for other opportunities. I find it to be dishonest and misleading because the opportunity is no longer available and the background check should be refunded.
What if other opportunities ARISE when I got another job or they job classes keep fulling up, what do I do?
Arise Virtual Solutions decided to…
Arise Virtual Solutions decided to block my account as an Independent Business Owner alleging i am servicing accounts from places that are not allowed. They sent me Oktas got me on video with their Security bosses, i even had to go outside my house to show them my address to prove i am where i said i was; they then asked me to share my public IP and show my US DL etc, later they closed my account and accounts for my team members including a veteran who had just paid for his Classroom deposit. This company is most unprofessional from the top, avoid it all costs; i let them be rather than waste my time and i hope Home Depot, Disney,CVS and the others are noting this, its a sweat shop
Avoid this place at all costs
Avoid this place at all costs, if you want to have to pay someone else weekly, just so you can work (20 hours a week, if you’re lucky) Then go for it. You’ve been warned. They also will not pay you for multiple weeks of work. Scam.
Arise has pissed me off extremely
Arise has pissed me off extremely. They have gotten the audacity to create 2 2 different emails in my name and have it placed on the account besides what was really mine. I had been having trouble logging in when I reached out to them to them to find out what was going all they could do keep repeating the same thing over and over and no resolution. I told them t thanks for nothing band they have no business creating no emails in my name out it on the account that I created then tell me ain't wrong with it. Yes it is you committing Internet crimes and that's fraud all day long. Then fix it so I can't login, can't get answers because they're in on it. I wish I never found this company..Third party companies are not good to turn to. I also got proof of everything that's happened.
This company is extremely unprofessional.
This company is extremely disappointing. The pay is not competitive or sustainable, and there are constant technical issues that make it difficult to work effectively. Customer service is inconsistent and often unhelpful, leaving you without reliable support. Given these problems, it’s no surprise the company has faced lawsuits. Overall, I would not recommend partnering with them.
They can’t get away with my money
They can’t get away with my money. I will sue them.
Complete BS
Complete BS. I spent money to get computer requirements just to not pass the assessments twice. I don't even know what could have went wrong. It was perfect to me! They don't tell you what happened so you can succeed it's like they almost want you to fail your dream work from home job. This place is total BS!

Arise charge a $50 class deposit which is supposed to be refunded, if you attend the entire first day of class. I started
8/11 /2025and it’s now 9/4/2025. Poor lapse in judgement on my part.

Stay away and don't waste your time
I have been servicing with them for years to come today and find out that they have me on what's so called "Waitlist". It's an indriect way of kicking people out and limiting their platform to only "top" IBOs more specifically Diamond tier.. Their CSMs are ridiculous and their QAs (not all of them to be fair) are just ignorants AND act like a Karen as if they are paying you out of their pockets.. They pay rate is very low.. $11-$12 for most of their clients Not to forget the 5% off your paycheck every two weeks, for what??? They made enough money now to support their "Diamond" tiers who grew up with agents that were under-paid.. This company needs to be sued if they haven't been already.
Worst company ever to work for
Worst company to work for i wish I could give them a 0 star last week on the 22 of January they blocked me from their platform saying it's for security or location reason and I've been working with them for over an year now when I reach out to partner support they told me to reach out registration team I reach out to them they told me that they can't do anything about it I should reach out to compliance team when I reach out to compliance team I've got nothing no response all am getting is just running around in circle I have send ten email to that team and it's been a week now since it happened and I haven't gotten any help yet this company is the worst as a agent you got no help when you went to partner support it seems like they don't know what they're doing I think they need to train them some more information about their company all I want to say my friends please don't waste your time on this company all you get from here is just stress and disappointment
This is not a good platform
Work for arise for over four years through multiple programs. Hours fluctuate, wildly, sometimes you can get all the hours you want sometimes you can’t even get hours for a week. Although some of the feedback you get from your team lead is good, they’re not in the loop for anything really. Very little support you have to use an AI to get your support. And you have to pay for that. They take that out of what you get paid. They don’t put anything in writing other than your SOW. Steer clear! Run! You are worth more than this company!
worst platform for small Canadian call center companies
worst company for small ibos as they give opportunities to only the so called big ibos (with many agents) so if you are a small Canadian company then do not bother to ask your agents to enroll on this platform as the only open opportunities to the big ibos and that was confirmed by one of their enrollment support agent. So disappointing and unfair!!!
Dropped from certification with contradicting reasons
As a certification student, I was dropped from the classes because of my attendance.
The rule of the attendance is 2 days. However, I only missed 1 day.
I was given all sorts of different reasons.
When I raised this internally, I was actually told the issue was an internal glitch that has removed me from the classes and that it is resolved.
Later, I was told it was my participation which is odd because I asked them to investigate my participation through the tools, chats and other form of resources they have to see if I actually participated.
Overall, I feel mistreated after all the time and money I put into this, starting my own business and all of a sudden, I got dropped for unconvincing and contradicting reasons.
They want u to do excess work for no…
They want u to do excess work for no more money Jamaicans are treated horribly not paid enough and the call queue is horrific no rest. We don’t get the amount of hours that they advertise either.if you plan to apply make sure it’s just as a side hustle.
Worst company in the world
Worst company in the world. You guys treat Jamaicans like dogs. Clients are even worst. You get persons and then not give them the amount of hours that you informed them that they would get. Work and then your pay is short. No overtime no benefits, no bonus. Being paid less than what Americans are getting and then having the nerve to tell us accept what we get.
I paid $30 for a background check and…
I paid $30 for a background check and missed one day of training because I was sick with a fever and they dropped me. The training is a joke, the company is a joke don't waste your time or money on this place. You will work for $10 an hour at the most
