Outstanding support for a unique situation
I lost a ring under difficult circumstance, that I bought a couple of years ago and was really important to me. I emailed a plea to try and find one as it was no longer listed on the website. Janette went above and beyond and managed to hunt one down for me. I am over the moon and so grateful!

I have shopped with Argento a good few times and it has always been a positive experience. Bought another Nomination Charm and there was plenty of choice and it had free delivery too. My order came within 2 days of ordering so I was very happy.

I ordered my necklace to be custom engraved. On Wednesday at 4pm. And it was delivered Friday at 11am. Less than 48hrs from placing my order to delivery. The necklace itself it gorgeous. A sliver chain with a heart. On the heart my boyfriends handwriting says. “Happy birthday gorgeous i love you”. Very pleased. Cannot fault any part of the process. I even used a giftcard to process the payment, and that was an straightforward process to activate. The helpdesk where so helpful. Thank you
