Terrible quality and complete SCAM- BEWARE!

The website providing by my bank account where $$ was taken out for purchase is arfym London GB. When I go to that website to get info on returning items- it goes blank. Went through my emails to check for email from company so I can return items- I do not have any emails received from them when I placed order. *****This is a SCAM and not reputable company. DO NOT ORDER. I will check with my bank to see if I can dispute charge to get my $$ back since their website takes me nowhere.

Do not order from this company. When the package finally was delivered, three dresses were poor quality and looked like sacks! I requested a refund thru email. They said I can keep the dress since the shipping was costly and only offered me an 11.00 refund, then 20.00, then 222.00 and lastly 50.00 for my 111.55 dress order when I tried negotiated the amount. They are located in Dubai, not US. Again, do not order from this company! The ad said the dresses were come from North Carolina. Never buy from this company

I also placed an order from this company one week ago, and no confirmation by e-mail. I hope this is not a fraud... The amount was also charged to my account...

They said I can keep the dress since the shipping was costly and only offered me an 8.00 refund, then 10.00, then 12.00 and lastly 21.00 for my 59.00 dress when I tried negotiated the amount. They are located in Dubai, not US. Again, do not order from this company!

I bought a dress. It didn't fit right at all. I messaged them and told them and they said it's too expensive to return. They only offered me not even half of what I paid. What a total rip off!! I would not recommend this place. They are out of Asia. Hence the cost to return anything.

I never got my order they charge me 164.96 and I never received my order

Suspect that this is not made in USA like said. No contact information avail anywhere on the website, and confirmation email.

The dress is too small and of poor quality. I have been requesting return instructions, sent multiple emails and have not received any responses. I would not recommend their products to anyone. Feeling duped.

I paid for my dress and it has been weeks not received it!! I emailed them they will not answer back!! This is a scam!! Buyer beware!! Never again!! I am mad!😡

Dress was nothing like the photo. Quality is so poor, fabric, stitching, everything about it. Also too small. Will not return saying they would only refund me $5 on a $56 purchase. What a scam!

I ordered two dresses which both arrived way too small and i can't seem to return them. I had no invoice in my package when i received the package and cannot find the original email. Cannot seem to figure out how to return the dresses. Would never use them again.

Clothing products were represented as being made in South Carolina. The dresses I received were stamped "Made in China". One was advertised as being a jersey "T-shirt" material "but thicker and higher quality" - it was a flimsy, thin, acetate-like material with zero stretch. I ordered a size L represented to fit a US Size 12-14. I'm a size 10 and the dresses were way too small. Customer Service is nonexistent. I ordered in December, was charged in mid-January, and dresses weren't delivered until February. Have tried repeatedly to contact their "service" representative to obtain a Return Authorization & Refund. No one answers service emails.

Find another retailer. I ordered two dresses and a swimsuit December 29. No confirmation e-mail of order. But, charge appeared same day on credit card. No reply from company re: shipping. I filed dispute with my credit card company.

This is a scam. Ordered placed in July and here in November no order received.
Supposedly shipped in August…you get the shipping number but the buck stops there.
I could go on and on.
Offered to reship or refund. I wanted the refund…they said they credited my checking account…I paid with a card…
I’m going to try the Better Business Bureau…but I know it’s a lost cause!

I never received my order. It's been a month and they took my money the first day. I filed a claim to get my money back. Scam for sure.

Ordered 4 shirts. I was almost immediately told 2 of the shirts were no longer available (they didn't tell me exactly which ones but I was able to do the math). Of the 2 I received one is perfect. Color and size are exactly what I wanted. The other is a bit tight in the chest so thinking I will return but will purchase something else. Ordered Sept 27, arrived Oct 11.
