Scammed by Arena rent a car
Scammed by Arena rent a car from someone who initially seemed friendly. Turned out to be quite a dishonest and sneaky individual / company.
I specifically asked for a 4x4 full option Jetour T2 and what I received was the very basic version but still at the price of the full option (extremely expensive 85JOD per day). When discussed with said person they offered no apology, no car swap in my location, no partial refund. He simply did not care and shrugged his shoulders. He also said no restrictions on driving to which he changed his mind after. Multiple lies were told making the whole agreement very shady.So very disappointed after such an amazing trip and meeting such nice Jordanian people to have this company ruin the experience. I highly recommend looking to a different, more established car rental company. Also note this company is not at the airport. It requires a 15 minute drive to get there.
