I ordered a gaming pc (a custom one which I configured) in 2017 and first of all they made me pay an extra € 90 because they claimed I didn't pay the full price of the graphics card. Secondly, the motherboard had broken CPU pins, they did not refund or send me a new one. Thirdly, my order included thermal paste, a mouse pad, and a "building kit" but I did not receive these items. And lastly, the customer support did not help me at all. They just kept arguing and did not want to help me with any of the issues they caused. My experience with this company was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

I purchased a controller which finally arrived 60 days after having received the order confirmation on April 10. According to their web site after 31 days I have the right to file a 'not received' claim which I asked to be done but was continually told it was in transit which was correct in hindsight. The controller is currently being tested by my twelve year old son though on first impressions it seems to be robust, of decent quality and feels close to the original in the hand. A few weeks use will tell if it was a worthwhile purchase. Only three stars on account of the time it took to receive delivery.

Nice site, fair pricing and good configurations BUT aftersales is horrible. Something went wrong in my order and I had to make an extra order. I had to pay immediately a extra Euro 450, but I never received an invoice for this extra order. I have send lots of mails and spent hours at the phone. But they simply cannot execute this. Herefore I missed my VAT (About E 100). I'm happy with my computer, but would never order a computer again here because of the bad aftersales.

UPDATE 11.12.2018: received a direct call from Arctic with appologies. They explained they had problems with a specific employee and promised to solve the issue. TBC

All went well during the spec set-up, purchasing and delivery process. PC PSU started making noises after 2-3 months, Internet full of reviews that specific brand and model name has reliability issue. However, it was ignored by Arctic Secrets. Reply from the tech support pending for 3+ weeks.

VERY BAD! DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER HERE.

I am very sorry but to buy a computer by Arctic Secrets is the worst thing you ever ever can do.

They are offering 3 years warranty so i was happy to buy a computer there.

Now the part is coming why i become very very angry. I am waiting over 6 weeks right now i get NOTHING! Tried to cancel my order but they refused. It is my legal right to cancel my order guys! Now they are talking about 3 months delivery time! It dutch law that they have to deliver my order within 30 days, but they do not care about laws. Take a look at consuwijzer

So right now, i lost thousand of Euros, have no computer at al and Arctic Secrets is refusing my cancellation. I am afraid they they will go bankrupt, and al lot of people will never ever get their products, it happens quite often when a webshop is using the money from their "new" customers to deliver older orders, seems to be the same right here.

One more VERY bad fact: You are thinking that you will get 3 years warranty as promised in BIG LETTERS without any marks?!? You are wrong, when you scroll down on their website you will see that warranty on graphic card is not 3 years but 3 months! Once more that's against dutch law 1) You have to mark special agreements visible without not scrolling at all 2) a warranty period of only 3 month is against dutch law; one year is minimum.

Last and hopefully least. You are saying hat my computer is not a computer but an financial service; come on guys you are kidding me? A computer is a computer not a service. But i am fine with you right now i will send complaint to the dutch authorities like  Stichting RECLAME CODE.
