When I entered the store Lynn (sales person) welcomed me and offered details regarding bedroom furniture sets, then left me to browse on my own. When I needed assistance she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had all the information I required. Helpful and fun staff
Mark was really helpful and informative, he really helped out with pointing out all the different types of bases and showing us the different storage options as well as having a laugh with us and making the experience overall great!

Patient helpful staff…
I explained to the sales assistant (Andrew) what I was looking for and why and he was really helpful. He listened, gave advice and helped me to choose. Most important to me was that I felt he actively patiently listened. Can't praise him enough for his help.

My elderly mother had specific requirements when purchasing a bed and mattress. Both Lynne and Dennis were very kind, patient and understanding. With over 20 years experience Lynne knew exactly what my mother needed. Their customer care was outstanding.

We were pleased with the service received at Archers. No pressure. We compared other bedding outlets but went back to Uddingston. Delivery was arranged for later that week. Delivery drivers were very pleasant and managed to negotiate an awkward staircase in no time! Would recommend to friends or family

Brilliant from start to finish. Saleslady Donna wasn't pushy but helpful and Informative, got us great discounts on the items and promised speedy delivery. We had a great experience when visiting Archers Clydebank. We were met by Stuart who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite, helpful. He asked exactly what was needed. Didn't try to push us into buying the dearest item. Didn't say we had to sign up on the spot.
